Common questions
Do I need a Fujifilm camera?
No, and that's the point. The settings were designed for cameras, but FujiPocket applies them itself to your iPhone photos.
Why are some films locked?
Sixty-one of the 204 films are free, spread across the thirteen families. The others are part of Pro. Free films stay free: there is no trial that expires.
Where are my photos saved?
In the app's studio on your device, and in your iOS photo library if you save them there (the “To Photos” button). If you create an account, the studio is also backed up online so you can find it on your other devices.
How do I find my studio on another iPhone?
Create an account (or sign in) from Settings → Account, with the same email or Apple ID. Your photos and created films reload.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Account → Delete my account. The account and the photos saved online are erased. Photos on your device and in your library are untouched.
I changed iPhone: where is my Pro subscription?
The subscription follows your Apple ID, not the FujiPocket account. On the new iPhone, open the Pro screen and tap “Restore purchases”.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We have access to neither your payment method nor your account.
